César has more than nine years of experience practicing corporate law, as well as in handling and following up with administrative lawsuits. Throughout his professional experience, he has performed in different areas of law such as due diligence, contractual analysis, securing of intellectual property, labor relations, privacy policies, among other corporate and administrative matters.

Since he joined Sámano Abogados in 2015, he has been the principal responsible for comprehensive advice to private companies focusing on regulated sectors, handling public contracting procedures and compliance with regulatory obligations before authorities.
