This area is responsible for providing our clients advice to activities of economic agents that participate in the relevant markets that compose the activity subject to the Federal Economic Competition Law in Mexico.

Our firm was a pioneer in processing matters before the Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE for its initials in Spanish) and in the presentation of accusations of monopolistic practices and concentrations before that authority. Our work in this area covers the following:

• Analysis to determine if an operation should be notified to COFECE.

• Filing and processing of complaints before COFECE.

• Defense and advice in case of accusations of monopolistic practices filed against our clients before COFECE.
