PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Enrique has more than seven years of experience as a corporate lawyer in the planning and implementation of complex legal strategies with emphasis in Corporate Law and Contractual Law. He worked in the firm ACF Consultores, S.C. in San Luis Potosi, where he was responsible for providing advice on Corporate Law to transnational companies in the Zona Industrial del Potosi, shopping centers, automotive agencies, hotel chains, municipalities of San Luis Potosi, among others. His specialty is in the elaboration and opinion of contracts and agreements.

Enrique also has experience in the public sector, having collaborated in the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, Eastern Regional Chambers, Jurisdiction in the State of Puebla and in the Central Regional Delegation of the State of Puebla of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services.

He is currently an <implant> lawyer for one of the firm's most important clients, where he is primarily responsible for corporate and contractual matters.
