Daniel has more than six years of experience in corporate and contractual law.

He worked in Bufete López Padilla, doing activities related to Intellectual Property matters. Also, Daniel worked in Ava Firm, S.C. where he performed tasks related to the Corporate and Contractual Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, including registration procedures of Mexican companies before the National Registry of Foreign Investment.

Daniel joined Sámano Abogados, S.C. in 2018, specifically in the Corporate and Societary Law areas of the firm, he is responsible for drafting and reviewing all types of contracts and agreements, as well as all types of legal documents.
