• The preparation of real estate certifications that include the complete chain of title of the properties for the analysis of the risks associated with the property title, liens, preferential rights, easements and any other limitations on ownership, as well as status of compliance in the payment of taxes and fees such as the real estate tax and water fees and other applicable local and federal provisions.

• Coordinate quickly and cost-efficiently the closing of real estate operations by working together with Notary 97 of Mexico City, held by Mr. Marco Espinoza Rommyngth, with whom we have worked for more than 10 years.
